About me
I'm Julieta Pizarro, singer, songwriter and vocal coach with over 15 years of experience. I trained in the Functional Voice Method, based on Rabine's teachings, and have worked with hundreds of students worldwide.
I was named Lessonface Teacher of the Year in 2023, 2024 and 2025 — in the categories Singing for Actors, Singing, and R&B Voice.
I now teach in-person in Torrevieja and online to students everywhere.

My method
Functional Voice Method
The method is based on learning through proprioception and self-awareness, conceiving the voice as another body movement that expresses itself through sound.
It starts from the principle that all muscles are interrelated, so coordinated growth of a small group is only possible when the whole body is involved.

Do I need previous experience?
No. Most of my students arrive having never sung. I work with all levels, from absolute beginners to advanced singers.
What singing styles do you teach?
Any style: pop, rock, jazz, R&B, folk, classical, musical theatre. Functional technique serves all genres. Your voice, your music.
How much do lessons cost?
Rates depend on the format (in-person or online) and your situation. Message me on WhatsApp or email and we'll discuss it, no strings attached.
Do you also teach online?
Yes, and it's my specialty. I teach students from all over the world by video call. I was named Lessonface Teacher of the Year three consecutive years.
Do you take students from Orihuela Costa, Guardamar or nearby?
Yes. My studio is in Torrevieja and I welcome students from the entire Vega Baja area: Orihuela Costa, Guardamar del Segura, Pilar de la Horadada, San Miguel de Salinas and surroundings.
